No, they hired one of the many Neil Gaiman impersonators out there.
Not the guy who played me in The Simpsons, obviously. He’d cost too much. Probably they got the guy who did the commentary in The Doctor’s Wife episode of Doctor Who Confidential. He’s cheap.
