  26. scheherazades-vigil said: In the PNW it was trailing blackberry (a vine), which are smaller and a bit more tart, or the introduced blackberry bushes I forget the name of (much larger and sweeter). Also salmonberry (almost never made it to ripeness but good if so). The only one I disliked (strongly) was osoberry, as I recall being like a tiny blue melon with an immense pit.
