This is my submission to the Calendar of Tales. I have been painting until 4am this morning and I’ve finished it one hour before the deadline. Now I am some sort of zombie, but a happy one. 

After reading the November tale I couldn’t stop thinking that Eloise was a Phoenix, who rises from the ashes to start a new life. So the drawing is based in this idea.

Although I don’t think this is going to be chosen from the amount of good stuff that people have submitted, I’m exited with the idea of Neil looking at this and maybe thinking about it and getting a little inspired. Also, I think this is the best drawing I have ever done, so it totally worth it.
