Theres a quote in season 2 ep 3, when aziraphale, crowley, and Elspeth (?) Are walking to the doctors and aziraphale says something about people in poverty having more opportunities then somebody in say, a castle. Then crowley telling him that was lunecy and aziraphale saying its 'ineffable.'

I swear i remember that as a quote from the book, but i cant find it and its driving me slightly insane. Can you confirm its actually a book quote please?
