Caught your Bard lectures online. Unfortunately, I didn't take detailed notes as you were speaking, and I can't find them archived anywhere (which might be my fault, I'm not sure). In your second lecture, on paying the Piper, you talked about an author whose routine involved getting up an hour earlier than everyone else so he could spend that hour writing each morning. Can you remind me who that was? Thanks for doing the lectures and for seeming like a generally alright guy.
