Portrait of a Marriage
Edinburgh EVENING WITH NEIL GAIMAN AND AMANDA PALMER August 12th
It looks like there have been ticketing problems for the last week on this - lots of people trying to buy tickets online failed, or were told that it had sold out. It hadn’t sold out at all. It was a glitch. On the one hand, a theatre with empty seats. On the other hand, people wanting seats in that theatre. In the middle, nothing.
It’s meant to be fixed now.
If you want to come and watch me read things or hear Amanda sing, or watch us answer questions, on August 12th, and you failed to get tickets, try again.

Tickets went up on ticketmaster today for An Evening With Neil and Amanda at Queen’s Hall in Edinburgh on Aug 12th. It’s a whole evening of us doing stuff…
I’ve actually been spending a lot of today listening to the final mastered mixes of all four of the discs of the Evening With Neil And Amanda CD to approve them, and feeling a lot like this again much of the time. (Only the sofa is more imaginary than otherwise.)
I’m loving it, and really happy. Except during my bits, where my toes curl. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to listen to me for pleasure.
From AN EVENING WITH NEIL GAIMAN AND AMANDA PALMER. At the Moore Theatre in Seattle. Me, singing Psycho.
Not quite sure how this crept into the NEIL AND AMANDA set, but I love the nervous laughter from the audience.
Leon Payne’s song Psycho.
