I think Aziraphale did it himself, but the make-up-lady did it to Michael Sheen. (Also yesterday he brought a sleeve-crushed dove back to life.)

It was, it was. It even was in the script. But the practicalities of having to get Crowley into the car on the other side in order to turn on the radio and talk to Dagon meant that Aziraphale now gets to revivify his own dove.
